This work is closely aligned with the national Thriving at Work Leadership Council, led by the Department of Work and Pensions, the Department of Health and Mind to bring together senior leaders who are committed to creating mentally healthy workplaces. This employer-led group is driving the adoption and implementation of the Thriving at Work core standards within employers of all sizes across the country.
